To cater to the demanding needs, We established a one-of-its-kind State-of-the-art Cooking infrastructure in the year 2011. Our Main Kitchen, a four-storey building, comprises of Dry and Wet Storage areas, a technically-advanced Kitchen, and houses over 300 employees. The on-site Kitchen accommodates infrastructure to cook for over 10,000 guests at a time. The kitchen is equipped with the latest trends of technology that adheres to quality policy and can cater to demanding needs with ease.
In addition to the above, our Kitchen also houses a sprawling Cold Storage to store dairy items, fresh fruits and vegetables, minimizing the hassle of supply and storage issues.
Our specially-designed Cutlery is imported from all over the world, which is stored hygienically, on a specially dedicated floor on-site.
We also have 3 in-house Canters that transport food to your Event Destination every time, on time.
